| Unit 4 Agresso Awards Exponªnt 3-Year Maintenance Contract worth R 14-Million |

| JOHANNESBURG, SOUTH AFRICA and OSLO, NORWAY, - Exponªnt, the systems integration consultancy formerly known as Brainware Consulting, has won a technical maintenance project from Unit 4 Agresso for its ERP system, in a deal worth R14-million over three years. |

Unit 4 Agresso, based in The Netherlands and listed on the Dutch stock exchange, is a provider of integrated business management software and Internet and security solutions. The Business Software division produces, sells, implements and supports enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, including financial and administrative packages, logistics software, production software, and software for information management and reports. |

The company carries two labels within its business software division, namely Unit 4 and Agresso. Products and services offered under those labels complement each other and are aimed at different sectors. Unit 4 is strong in the Benelux countries, while subsidiaries carrying the Agresso label mainly operate in Norway, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Germany and France. Both ERP products are targeted at the middle to high segment of the ERP market. |

| Jan Smit, Offshore Executive at Exponªnt, explains the contract: "Unit4Agresso has outsourced the technical maintenance of the Agresso ERP application software, including bug fixing, patches and upgrades of the software to Exponªnt." |

According to Smit, one of the key reasons why companies outsource major technical maintenance projects is due to the cost savings that can be realised. He explains, "It is far more cost-effective for companies to appoint an external contractor to complete the work than to pay a premium price to employ technical staff full time." |

He adds, "South Africans have excellent technical skills that are highly valued all over the world and most of our technical experts also speak English, which is an added advantage. Due to the poor value of the Rand, our technical resources are also very competitively priced in comparison to technicians from other countries, such as India and the USA." |

In addition to one full-time on-site project coordinator who will be based at Unit 4 Agresso's facilities in Oslo, Norway for the duration of the project, Exponªnt has dedicated a team of six people on the project. The project coordinator is responsible for the coordination and communication between Exponªnt's team in South Africa and the on-site team in Oslo. The team works directly on the Agresso software on the Unit 4 Agresso's infrastructure via a virtual private network created over the Internet. |
