| We made our first sale of Agresso to Bigen Africa - well done to Paul Bouwman and his team. Now to deliver your promises!

The long awaited sale of Omnix to Celtel in Africa has also materialized. Philip de Wet and his team are busy with the pilot installation (well done again and hope to see you seldom!) |

We have opened an office in KZN/Durban and Yogi Naidoo has placed the first consultants. Watch out Hennie in Cape Town - you have competition! |

| We have added another product to our suite of solutions which we offer to our customers - Talgentra. It is a debt management system with superior capabilities. |

| We are implementing Agresso internally as our ERP solution. This will enable us to manage the company's operations and strategy more effectively. |

| And we are still managing a steady growth at our existing customers. Exponant's headcount now tops 220.
