| The New Exponant... No, it is not a new political party, but the winds of change are also sweeping over our beloved company. For the better, I believe. |

| As is evidenced in this new newsletter! We hope that Expressions will create the vehicle through which the company can keep you up to date - but more importantly a vehicle through which the employees can also air their views! |

But the company is also changing. We are gradually moving from consulting services to total solutions! This will give us the competitive edge we were looking for. We now offer a world renowned ERP solution in Agresso, solutions for POS, Billing, Debtor Management, Facilities Management, Document Management, and of course our various Telecommunications Solutions. |

To streamline the focus, we now have three divisions within Exponant - Consulting Services, headed by myself, Products and Solutions headed by Leon, and Support Services, headed by Raynard. |

| We have structured Consulting Services more geographically, so now there will be more focus on growth in selected regions and markets. |
| |
| The company has grown quite rapidly of late and we are now approaching the 250 employees mark. |
| |
| We also have a renewed drive to position Exponant more visibly through the press, billboards and exhibitions. Watch out for the 3 November issue of the Financial Mail!
