to our client. This person’s first port
of call when a resource request is
received is to try and match this with
an employee that is currently available
in Exponªnt. If no-one with a
suitable profile is available, the next
port of call is our Recruitment section.
This section maintains a large resource
applicant’s database and has access to a
number of recruitment agencies allied to
Exponªnt. |

| Co-sourcing is where the
project is performed by both internal
(Client) staff and Exponªnt Resources,
with dual, but dedicated
responsibilities. Projects are performed
by both internal (Client) staff and
Exponªnt Resources. Exponªnt
shares complete responsibility for
certain work as agreed to with the
client in a mixed team approach. |

| Outsourcing (“Project
– Deliverable Based”) |

| Exponªnt takes full
responsibility for the maintenance,
management and evolution of the existing
application. |
